ITALIAN REDACTION 2

This project has a long and quite a complicated history. An explosive mixture of the well-known Kharkov restaurateur Dima Zaporozhets and YØDEZEEN Architects, on the one hand, was designed for popularity from the very beginning. On the other hand, it promised tectonic clashes of opinions and dramatic plot twists. We are incredibly happy to have had the good fortune to be involved in this project.

There is a lot of light here. Lots of greenery and bright colors. It's cozy and comfortable here, as only the sunny Mediterranean coast can be. Ancient motifs run through like a red thread. Frescoes on the walls. Terrazzo on the floor. Artfully aged mirrors. Wood, metal and concrete are used for decoration. This is a blend of eras and cultures... And a luxurious example of eclecticism.

Here, for the first time, we have used terrazzo technology on the floor.
