In designing the Georgia restaurant, the task was to combine two seemingly incompatible concepts: a modern space and a traditional perception of Georgia. We all know and love Georgia as a land of sun, mountains and hospitable people with their sincere love for wine and noisy feasts. The difficulty here is that the Georgian architectural style basically does not exist. Therefore, the design team focused on conveying the overall atmosphere and recreating authentic details using natural materials. It turned out to be a very picturesque and even spirited establishment with a truly Georgian character.
